DESCRIPTION:WHAT WILL BE DISCUSSED? \nThe Further Consolidated Appropriations Act\, 2020\, signed into law on December 20\, 2019\, has extended the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Trust Fund (PCORI) fee imposed by the IRS for an additional 10 years. As a result of this extension\, the PCORI fee will continue to be imposed through 2029.
