WHAT WILL BE DISCUSSED? With the recent legislation coming out of Tallahassee, we wanted to bring you another timely webinar to address these updates.
Please join Ben and Kate for this review and discussion of the recently enacted Florida laws that will impact employer healthcare program offerings. We will cover Senate Bill 254 which introduces restrictive requirements for gender-affirming care for both minors and adults; Senate Bill 300 which prevents abortions after six weeks of pregnancy; as well as the Prescription Drug Reform Act, which seeks to enhance drug pricing transparency, define relationships and contract requirements for Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and pharmacy benefit plans and/or network pharmacies, and to enact protections for pharmaceutical consumers.
