Webinar – The PCORI Fee is Back! Does It Apply to Your Medical Insurance Program?
WHAT WILL BE DISCUSSED? The Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020, signed into law on December 20, 2019, has extended the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Trust Fund (PCORI) fee imposed by the IRS for an additional 10 years. As a result of this extension, the PCORI fee will continue to be imposed through 2029.
