Susan G. Komen has invested over $2 billion dollars to aid in the advancement in breast cancer treatment. The Susan G. Komen race is the world's largest and most successful education and fundraising event for breast cancer. It raises monetary funds and awareness for the breast cancer movement, celebrates breast cancer survivors, and honors those who have lost their battle with the disease.
