“The Employee Test” Webinar – The DOL’s Recently Announced 7 Step Test
On Thursday, June 7th, Gehring Group and BenTek will be hosting a webinar presented by Katherine Mendez and Kyla Miller from Seyfarth Shaw LLP on determining whether interns and contractors are Employees.
