“The Employee Test” Webinar – The DOL’s Recently Announced 7 Step Test
On Thursday, June 7th, Gehring Group and BenTek will be hosting a webinar presented by Katherine Mendez and Kyla Miller from Seyfarth Shaw LLP on determining whether interns and contractors are Employees. This one hour presentation, will overview when contractors may be determined to be employees; and include a review of the Department of Labor's recently announced 7-Factor Test for determining internship status.
